Thanx for all the info, $250 isent to bad. Ill have to check out what the prices are in norway(where I live).
Im planning on mostly using it at work, I work with electric maintenance at a factory and theres alot of small things, like damaged equipment that need to be look at, comments from people that operat the machines or small jobs that Im supposed to remember to do(but often forget), to remember. I could of course write it down with penn and paper, but wheres the fun in that? =) Also It would be nize to beable to take with me some source code from home and fiddle with it when theres not much to do at work, and things like that.
Are there many options when it comes to writing programs that can run on ppc? Im mostly using freebasic right now, and that wont work an a ppc(yet), but is it posible to install things like a html server and use php/mysql? Or am I over estimating the processor power of a ppc?
