Well, the comp seems okay now. I just copied the important files to a temp folder on C:\ and resinstalled XP. :*)

Dunno what was the prob though. The HD is a G-Stor something that didn't allow me to boot XP in safemode. Crappy HD. F8 didn't work. :(
