I check from time to time

Was visiting old basic forums, it's nostalgia for now, like ghost towns.

I do hobby programming despite I also code C++ professionally, but then my hobby programming is C/C++/asm retrocoding on oldschool computers/consoles I collect. Like too much 3DO console programming since several years ago. And a bit of DOS.

But I'd love to try qbasic stuff again with a modern mindset on how to optimize things. Last time I would run qb4.5 on a 486 and try to rewrite simple effects. Then I forgot about it :)
