Yes, indeed. Koreru.com offers PHP 4.4.4 by default, with MySQL 4.1. Also Perl, CGI, etc. There are pre-installed scripts as well, fantastico, etc. Any script, I believe, should work. I also checked the error log, but nothing has appeared. :(
