Still opens empty, but I think it's something else

I now think it's an IE5 cache or system problem here.

Everytime I download and choose 'Open the file' (instead of save to disk) the ZIP shows as empty when WinZip opens it after it downloads. But, everytime I choose save to disk and open it later outside of IE, all is fine.

I wonder what could be the reason....
