An "assembly to C" translator is essentially a decompiler

There are quite a few decompilers out there, depending on your platform/OS. Is this x86? DOS/Windows/Linux?

REC is a pretty good cross-platform decompiler:
http://www.backerstreet.com/rec/rec.htm

Of course, as with all decompilers, the output requires some interpretation. (You won't be able to directly compile the output.)
