i knew you would question me, i found them in a russian FTP, plain text

No, i just have formatted all the lines to 65 or 70 characters to be better seen in big font, the way that i like, there are some mistakes in the text of some figures, tables, etcetera, i couldn't fix them because i don't have the books.
i am still working in the files of the Toolbox
