It only needs to be on the front page, but if you want to put it on every page that's ok.
Server load has actually been abnormally high past the past couple of days, but it seems to be ok now. I'll be keeping an eye on it though.
The forum looks nice even if it's just temporary. Can't wait to see the rest of the site. :)
