Glue is the artist, Damage (DME) is the group
Damage was a Polish group that did Amiga demos from 1993-1995.
Here's all the tracks by Glue that I have:

Damage doesn't have a website that I know of. (They're probably long gone by now.) There are Finnish and Hungarian groups also called "Damage" that have websites, but they aren't the same.
