Increasing contiquous expanded memory

I have a DOS program thta I am trying to run on Windows XP and Windows Vista. It needs 4096 of contiguous expanded memory. I currently have 0 contiguous expended memroy available. Can I use EMS Magix to increase the contiguous expanded memory? Is there something else I could use?
