Blinking text..

I ran this:

COLOR 31, 12
CLS
SCREEN 12: CLS
PRINT "Hi, I'm red, white, and blinking."
SLEEP

and my text doesn't blink.

the window was full screen.

As for graphics:

NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT/GTO @ 1024*768 - Windows XP
