Wow, you've been busy.
Sounds like an experience. Funny how often free tools help people wipe-up the mess a paid for software makes.
I was curious what Ghost version you're using. The version I'm using (v7.5) doesn't seem to like a couple SATA drives I've played with on my pc, but works like a charm on the one in my laptop.
Do you make bootable DVD backups too? I've been getting into that these days. Using Winimage/UltraISO.
Ghost has been a life saver.
(Btw Plasma, I found an old Ghost image that had the BASC compiler source! *laughs at wife* )
