glagnar Sun Feb 5 2017 at 4:10 am I've had that luxury on a couple projects.
Although it was full-blown Linux on ARM. I managed to get a 1-second boot time and a 26 MB image containing the kernel, busybox, Python, lighttpd and php5, along with my software.
I also write a lot (a ton) of stuff for 8-bit AVR MCUs. They're fantastic, except for the need to distinguish between pointers to RAM and pointers to ROM.
Any real-time stuff? Mostly curious about embedded development; it may be something I'd like to pursue further since I've done quite a bit of it.
