John W Ful Mon Jan 21 2008 at 3:45 pm SLEEP....?
That seems to work well but..
What is the "SLEEP" command?
Does "SLEEP" mean sleep for exactly 5 seconds... or does it mean wait for a keypress...?
And if not.. how do you make "SLEEP" pause the program for a set number of seconds? - If that's what it is supposed to do.
I only know this sleep-type command on MS-DOS:
PING 1.1.1.1 -n 1 -w 3000 >NUL
The above code pauses the program for 3 seconds.
Thank God the background color in QuickBasic is different from MS-DOS.. If it weren't I would be all screwed up.
